My Story

Mood was a total lightbulb moment in October 2020 when the idea came to me to create a self care brand that focused on uplifting & positive 'me-time' using eco friendly products.  Having spent most of that year in a lockdown with my young family I was really conscious of us all practicing mindfulness as a way to deal with any stress & worry.  We started having regular Sunday home spa sessions, playing with products & creating a chilled ambience with gorgeous smells & chilled music.  It was these special moments during unprecedented times that was the inspiration behind Mood the eco box.

Having worked as a Fashion Production Manager for the past 20 years I have lots of experience sourcing suppliers & managing products through its lifecycle from sample to delivery which has proved invaluable for Mood.  I have been lucky to travel around the world and see so many amazing countries so it was a given to be an eco-friendly & sustainable brand which was both kind to people & our planet.  I love supporting small UK businesses but it was also really important to me to include fair traded products which support communities in poorer countries, I feel like its a way of giving back.
